Ralph Daruns is the Founder and Senior Managing Director of Darach Advisors, and is additionally the senior mortgage banker at the firm. Overview
Prior to joining Darach Advisors as a Managing Director in the Fall of 2011, Scott Schaefer was a home builder and real estate developer from 1984 until 2009. Schaefer made a significant change in 2009 to exploit under-served small business website niches, becoming Director Small Business Websites and Search Engine Optimization from 2009 through the present at Lexington Development, a Darach Advisors Strategic Partner.

As a real estate developer in California, Ms. Thompson built over 25,000 homes as well as commercial and retail projects. She was Developer of the Year for the Pacific Coast Builders Association, and a former Director of Fannie Mae. She created, managed, and sold over $800 million of debt for the construction of military multifamily housing, won numerous awards form the US Navy, is an experienced author of financing and investment proposals and is one of the world's foremost experts in multifamily agency lending.

Overview
Colin M. Daruns is the Managing Director Production for Darach Property Advisors. He is a financial analyst who has developed several sophisticated programs for the analysis of financial statements, operating budgets, rent rolls, and pro formas. Colin M. Daruns can apply all the various underwriting templates of the agencies and banks against the client data and evaluate the most appropriate financing protocol. Further, he commands the software to integrate a client’s data into the various forms and exhibits that are required by lenders.
