Colin M. Daruns advises the Managing Director on analytic assessments, pro-forma cash flow design and budgeting for developments. His responsibilities include design and integration of financial models. He is a financial analyst who has developed several sophisticated programs for the analysis of financial statements, operating budgets, rent rolls, and pro formas. Colin M. Daruns can apply all the various underwriting templates of the agencies and banks against the client data and evaluate the most appropriate financing protocol. Further, he commands the software to integrate a client’s data into the various forms and exhibits that are required by lenders. He is currently a Loan Production Analyst for Walker-Dunlop, a nationally-known mortgage bank.
