Steve D’Agostino is the Senior Project Manager and investment consultant for Darach Property Advisors involved in all facets of the business. He is responsible for financial analysis and due diligence review for the firm. He brings over 20 years of management and financial consulting experience in the banking industry, together with a deep understanding of the the factors that influence financial and investment decisions.
He has served as a consultant to banks, investment companies and private investors and was the Senior Project Manager/Consultant to the Government of Jamaica during its banking crisis. The government required the restructuring of its banking system, consolidating many “bad banks,” establishing a platform for shedding non-performing loans, and creating a new “good bank.”
Steve D’Agostino was the managing director of Commercial Financial Acquisitions LLC, a firm which provided investment analysis and funding scenarios for distressed commercial and residential assets. He was responsible for asset review, due diligence, evaluation of historical financial reports, and the creation of cash-flow projections. Primarily Mr. D’Agostino has worked in the banking and banking services arenas rather than real estate assets themselves; thereby providing Darach Property Advisors, and by extension, our clients, with a broad institutional outlook and “real world’ solutions to complex financial questions.
More than analysis, Mr. D’Agostino has, and continues, to provide “real world” solutions to complex financial questions.
Steve D’Agostino attended Bentley University in Boston majoring in business, is married and lives in Dallas Texas.
