Brian Tanner is a forty year veteran of the real estate and commercial property finance industry. Over the years he has developed multifamily and well as financed commercial, industrial, and retail property for both his own account and for private lenders. He is an expert at small loan placement and operates the correspondent relationship with a Chicago-based commercial bank. Brian Tanner is a native of Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University with a major in economics. He founded Pacific Alliance Funding, a Southern California residential mortgage company and Western Financial of Colorado in 1993 as a commercial mortgage origination company.
Brian’s career in the real estate industry includes thirty years of “hands-on” property management experience through direct ownership of various asset classes of single family residential, office, warehouse, multifamily and mobile home parks. Brian Tanner offers a depth of multifamily financial consultancy not found in other organizations. His expert analysis can provide you with the intellectual tools you need to advance your investment goals…whether refinance and restructuring, or simply the implementation of the “best practices” asset management. He holds several SEC Securities Licenses and also holds a Colorado Real Estate Brokers license.
